To enable the beneficiary to create a request for A new license for gas networks and pipelines to practice one or more Natural Gas and its Liquids activities, as stated in the Energy Supplies Law

Access the Ministry of Energy portal.
Click on Electronic Services.
Select the "Energy Allocation and Licenses for Networks and Gas Pipelines" service
Click on "Request Service."
Click on the "Gas Networks and Pipelines License Requests" icon.
Fill a required data
submit the request

Approvals and licenses necessary to establish and operate the project from all relevant entities.
Industrial license.
Environmental license
Commercial register

A company report outlining the company’s technical, commercial, and financial capabilities and the services it provides.
Drawings and maps of the facility to be licensed and any supporing facility, and boundaries of responsibility between all parties with detailed map legend.
The basic specifications for (pipeline or network or facilities)
List of other regulated facilities related to the activity for which the license is requested (as applicable).
