The entity must be accredited by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development / General Authority of Awqaf
The entity should have an audited budget for the last two years
The financial and credit status of the entity should allow access to financing
The entity should have previous experience in implementing projects similar to the competition activity to be funded

The basic regulations of the entity, including the authority to borrow and mortgage.
Approval of the entity’s Board of Management to obtain financing from the bank, and authorization of the Chairman of the Council to sign the financing documents.
Competition award letter.
Proof of the project cost.
A letter of commitment to provide self-contribution and a letter of waiver with extracts.
Any other documents required by the product.
