Create a consulting contract Service

General Real Estate Authority

An electronic service provided by the Real Estate Mediation Platform (Fal) that allows beneficiaries to create a consultancy contract with a real estate broker to provide specialized real estate advice, according to the terms agreed upon by both parties, without the need to visit the entity's headquarters.

The broker logs into the system.
The broker selects "Create New Contract" and then "Consulting Contract."
The system displays a summary of the service and contract creation steps.
The broker clicks "Start Service" and fills in the approver's details (ID number and birthdate).
If the data is incorrect, the system sends an error message.
The broker selects the beneficiary type: Individual or Entity.
The system asks whether the approver is the beneficiary or a legal representative and determines whether the Power of Attorney is mandatory or optional based on that.
The broker clicks "Proceed to Next Step" and fills in the contract details.
After reviewing the details, the broker clicks "Create Contract."
The system notifies the approver via a text message.
The approver logs into the system and approves the contract.
Upon approval, the contract is activated, and the start date is set.
