Its an e-service that allows you to request an alternative method for calculating the proportional VAT deduction when it more accurately reflects the taxpayers use of goods and services.

Got to the "indirect Tax - Value Addeed Tax"
Click "Taxpayer Request"
Select "Create\View Request"
Choose "Request to Change Input Tax Deduction Method"
Fill out the form and upload the request letter Which includes the reason for the request:
- Serrant history from/to current method of discount rate VAT rate for purchase proposed method of discount rate VAT rate upon purchase
You will be informed of decision of ZATCA

Reason for the request
Proposed method of deduction and percentage of input tax
Supporting evidence of the accuracy of the proposed method of input tax deduction
