GOSI offer an online service allowing beneficiaries from the family members of a deceased subscriber/retiree in the insurance system to submit an electronic request for disbursement of their benefits. They enter the basic data, and the validity and completeness of the remaining data are verified in cooperation with the relevant government agencies without the need to visit the branch

Start the service

Share The Page

Click "Start Service" and log in as one of the heirs.
Select "General Services" from the main menu.
Click "Register an Heir."
Enter the heir's ID and date of birth, then the deceased subscriber's ID and kinship, then click "Verify."
Attach documents, if any, then click "Register."
Return to the main menu, select "Heirs' Benefits," and click "Apply for an Heir's Pension Benefit Request."
A list of the heirs registered in the estate inventory deed will appear (an unregistered heir can be added by clicking "Add Another Heir").
Log in to each heir's record and complete the required information (marital status, employment status, payment information, national address, and contact information), then click "Save."

The applicant must be a beneficiary of a family member.
Heirs' data is automatically retrieved from the Ministry of Justice according to the inheritance inventory instrument.
Add the IBAN bank account number.

Proof of education for a male son aged 21 (if any)
A medical report for the incapacitated male son (if any)
