Licensing of electronic real estate platforms

General Real Estate Authority

An electronic service that allows the legal representative of a real estate platform to apply for a FAL license for real estate brokerage and marketing for real estate platforms, without the need to visit the relevant authority.

Log in to the electronic Real Estate Brokerage Services page
Submit a request to issue a new license
The system verifies that the data meets the specified license requirements
Complete the technical integration with the Authority’s platform
Pay the applicable fee

Valid commercial registration
Completion of the qualification program by the responsible manager
The responsible manager must be fully legally competent
A dedicated page for receiving and handling complaints must be available
Publication of an intellectual property rights policy
Publication of a privacy policy on the real estate electronic platform
Publication of terms of use on the platform
Integration with the National Access (Nafath) system
Electronic integration with the General Real Estate Authority
The platform must hold a verification certificate from the Saudi Business Center
The name of the electronic real estate platform must not be misleading or similar to another platform’s name
Submission of the required documents to prove ownership of the electronic real estate platform

Attach proof of ownership of the real estate platform
