It is an electronic Workflow where the governamental agencies ask for approval for granting of items that it does not need to another government agency , as it includes the documents and all its attachments, where it reviews them, verifies their integrity, and then informs the entity of the review results.

In case of using the electronic platform the user, based on his permissions, enters the platform, presses the button to start a new workflow, chooses the type of workflow, fills out the descriptive data, and attaches the required files according to each type of workflow.
In the case of using the GSN - MIFON connection channels for linkage with GCA,the user opens SHAMEL Capture application and clicks on the workflows page and chooses the action to be sent to the GCA based on the user’s permissions, fills out the data and attachments, and clicks on the Publish Data Package button.

The government agencies must be subject to the supervision of the General court of Audit
the user must be an employee of the government agency and be registered in the system
login to the system
grant the user the Roles specified for him according to the nature of his work, the entity to which he belongs, and his role in the system
approval of the terms and conditions
