Log into the Najiz portal using National Single Sign-O
Select all electronic services
Select the "Power of Attorneys and Acknowledgement ".
Click on the " Acknowledging a bail" service
Click on the "Submit a new application" icon.
Complete the required information (the guarantee and guarantor – enter the information of the bail)
The parties will be notified to approve the application

All parties must be above 18 years of age.
No party must be mentally incompetent.
The power of attorney must be valid, if the applicant is an agent.
All amounts of debts acknowledgements must not exceed 3 million SR in the single HIJRI year.
the debt acknowledgements must not exceed 5 in total in the single HIJRI year.

This service requires a “NAFATH” account.
This service does not require visiting the notary public, if the applicant is a principal or an agent under the virtue of an e-agency
