This service allows the beneficiary to issue a permit to demolish a building.

1) Login to Baladi portal through Single Access (Absher).
2) Determine the quality of the owner and applicant.
3) Choose the building permit or the cadastral decision for which a demolition permit is to be issued.
4) Choose the engineering office.
5) Acknowledging that the building is free of humans and animals during the demolition process.
6) Send the application to the engineering office.
7) The engineering office completes the data and prepares the required plans.
8) SADAD invoice is issued.
9) After paying the fees, the license is issued and can be printed
