Enter Data:
- Fill in the required fields and upload the necessary documents.
Verification and Payment:
- Verify the information and pay the applicable fees, if any.
Submit Request:
- Submit the request and wait for approval or rejection notification.
Follow Up:
- Track the request status or make necessary changes if requested.

Terms and Conditions for Diving Permit Services via Zawil Portal:
Registration in the System:
- The user or entity must be registered in the system (e.g., individuals, diving centers, or government entities) and provide accurate and valid data.
Authentication and Verification:
- Identity verification is required through approved systems like "Yaqeen" and "Raiya" to validate the personal data of beneficiaries.
Data and Documentation:
- Required data, such as ID or residency number, date of birth, personal details, and other documents like the diving license or center license, must be accurately entered.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
- Submitting an application requires agreeing to the portal's terms and conditions, including compliance with safety and security procedures.
Payment of Fees:
- Any applicable fees related to the service, such as permit issuance or diving license fees, must be paid.
Compliance with Laws:
- All beneficiaries must comply with the laws and regulations related to diving and the safety of maritime activities as set by the relevant authorities.
Data Verification:

- Ministry of Interior registration number for the entity.
- Center name and location (coordinates).
- Main user for the center.
- Customer contact number.
- Attachments: Center's licensing document.
Individual Registration:
- Type of ID (Citizen or Resident).
- ID or residence number.
- Date of birth.
- Email address and mobile number.
- Diving license (if applicable).
Diving Permit Issuance (Shore or Marine):
- Type of permit (Training or Recreational).
- Permit start and end dates.
- Diving locations.
- Data for companions (ID, date of birth, nationality).
Managing Diving Permit Applications (Marine Vessels):
- Vessel name.
- Application number and start date.
- Vessel owner’s name.
- Attachments: Vessel's licensing document.
Adding Private Diving Sites:
- Center details.
- New site details (coordinates, site manager).
Requesting Vessel License for Diving Purposes:
- Vessel owner’s ID number.
- Vessel ID number.
- License duration.
- Attachments: Vessel's licensing document.
