Ministry Of Justice

An online service that enables the female custodian or her agent to submit an application of documenting a custody of her children who are below 18 years old in cases of divorce, absence or sickness of the father, under the term of non-existing dispute.

Select new applicationEnter the following information: the applicant "the female custodian or her agent"
the father of the child in custody - children - the reason behind applying for the certificate - witnesses
The application will be sent to revision.
After the revision, the witnesses will be notified to ratify
After the ratification, the applicant will be notified with the issue of the certificate at official documents

existing account for the beneficiary - the female custodian or her agent - on Najiz
valid agency if the applicant is an agent
notarizing the documents in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, if they are issued aboard
attaching the agency, if the applicant is an agent under a foreign agency after ratifying it
attaching supporting documents according to service's requirements

There must be no dispute or a case under consideration over custody between the two parents
