Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
Navigate to ""All Electronic Services"".
Select the ""Judiciary"" package.
Choose the ""File motion to reconsider dismissed case"" service.
Click on ""New Application"".
Select the relevant case.
Choose ""Applications"".
Add ""New application"".
Select ""File motion to reconsider dismissed case"".
Enter the required details.
Click on ""Submit"".
The user is notified of the application number via SMS.

Valid agency includes the article of pleading, if the applicant is an agent to the applicant
Valid guardianship decree, if the applicant is a guardian to the applicant
The case to apply for reconsideration must be dismissed
The application must be within the legally defined notice

Legal material related to the objections applications are: the Laws of Commercial Courts and its executive regulation, Law of Civil Procedure before Sharia Court and its executive regulation, Law of Criminal Procedures and its executive regulation and the Appealing Regulation.
