An electronic service enables the enforcement applicant to grant the debtor a grace period. During the grace period, all measures issued against the debtor are lifted

"Click on "submit a new application
Choose the relevant enforcement order
"Click on "Other motions
"Choose "Apply for grace period - postpone enforcement instrument
Set grace period
Add reason
Confirm
Save and send
SMS notification is sent

A valid PoA, if the applicant is an agent on behalf of the beneficiary or is among the parties in the enforcement application
A valid deed of guardianship, if the applicant is the beneficiary's guardian
"Application status must be: “under enforcement
The motion has not been filed before
If the enforcement application was filed by several applicants, all applicants must file this motion

The application filer must be the enforcement applicant or his agent, or the representative of a corporate personality
