This electronic service that allows the plaintiff/defendant or their representatives to request a continuance of proceeding in a case

Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
Navigate to ""All Electronic Services"".
Select the ""Judiciary"" package.
Choose the ""File motion to resume proceedings"" service.
Click on ""New Application"".
Select the relevant case.
Choose ""Applications"". Add ""New application"".
Select ""File motion to resume proceedings"".
Enter the required details.
Click on ""Submit application"".
The user is notified of the application number via SMS.

Valid agency includes the article of pleading and applying for overturn, if the applicant is an agent to the beneficiary
Valid guardianship decree, if the applicant is a guardian to the beneficiary
This application is permissible on cases of first instance and appeals
The case's status must fit one of the following:
1- Discontinued by the request of one of the parties
2- Discontinued by the judgment of the circuit
The beneficiary may include reasons and attachments of the application
The beneficiary must not apply for a discontinuance of proceeding in a case if there is an unconsidered previous application

Legal material related to the objections applications are: the Laws of Commercial Courts and its executive regulation, Law of Civil Procedure before Sharia Court and its executive regulation, Law of Criminal Procedures and its executive regulation and the Appealing Regulation.
this service does not require visiting the court.
