Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
Navigate to ""All Electronic Services"".
Select the ""Judiciary"" package.
Choose the ""File statement of claim"" service.
Click on ""New Application"".
Enter the case category and view the requirements.
Provide the details of the case and the parties.
Upload the required documents.
Click on ""Submit application.""

existing national ID, legal Residency ID, Visitor ID, Mutamer "Visitor to Mecca for Umra" ID
Valid agency includes the article of pleading, if the applicant is an agent to the beneficiary
Valid guardianship decree, if the applicant is a guardian to the beneficiary

The service does not require visiting the court, unless the beneficiary is notified with an SMS to appear at the court.
