The Saudi marriage applicant must not be among the categories included in the ban.
The applicant must not be less than (30) years old, unless the fiancée is the suitor’s cousin or his first cousin, in which case an exception is made for those under (25) years old, and the age of the foreign woman must not be less than (18) years old.
The applicant must not be more than (70) years old.
Excluded from the minimum age are those who have a deceased or divorced wife, such that six months have passed since the date of divorce, or the Saudi citizen suffers from an illness, or in general, and this is proven by a medical report.
If the applicant has a married wife, he must bring a medical report (translated) from a government hospital or from a private hospital certified by Health Affairs stating that she suffers from an inability to have children or suffers from a disease that prevents marital intercourse.
The applicant must be a resident of the Najran region and his residence must be proven by an identification from his employer or an identification from the neighborhood mayor, as well as a lease contract or a title deed.
If the nationality of the foreign woman is from Egypt, Morocco, Syria, or Uzbekistan, the applicant must acknowledge that he has familiarized himself with the instructions regulating marriage from those countries.
The applicant must be present to fill out the form, acknowledgment, and identification form related to the application for marriage to a non-Saudi woman.
The presence of the woman’s guardian to sign the consent statement in front of the relevant employee.
The presence of both parties to the marriage to fill out personal data forms (security survey).
All required papers must be of recent date
These terms and conditions are subject to change according to instructions.
The validity of official papers does not exceed one year or months. The fiancée must reside on a resident ID or a valid visitor visa.
Approval of the fiancée’s guardian or his legal representative.
The foreign party is free of diseases covered by Cabinet Resolution No. 156.

Suitor:
A summons submitted by the Saudi applicant to the governorate in which he resides or the center of the emirate to which he resides.
A copy of a valid national ID.
A copy of the family registry if the applicant is married, and if he has previously been divorced, the name of the divorced woman must be omitted and a copy of the divorce certificate must be attached.
Computer record of the city’s conditions (print) and taking into account that the profession is consistent with reality.
An identification from the applicant’s employer that includes information about his workplace, his job title, his salary, and the amount of his salary.
If the applicant is a (national employee), attach an identification letter from his employer certified by the commercial authority.
If the applicant is a student, attach an identification letter from the institution where he is studying.
If the applicant is self-employed (caused), attach a certificate from the General Retirement Organization and a printout from the General Organization for Social Insurance proving that he is not registered with them and a certificate of his absence of work certified by the mayor and the police.
A pre-marital medical report from the regional laboratory.
The fiancée:
A copy of the woman’s residency or visit visa and a copy of her passport, which is valid and not nearly expired.
A copy of the identity card of the woman’s guardian.
If her guardian is other than her father, attach a copy of the guardianship instrument authorizing the guardian to allow the woman to marry.
Resident identity verification copy from the passport office.
If the woman has been previously married (divorced or widowed), a copy of the divorce certificate or a copy of the husband’s death certificate must be attached.
Pre-marital medical report from the regional laboratory.
