Social Development Bank

An electronic service provided by Social Development Bank for applying to the Family Loan product. It aims to finance low-income families to help them bear living expenses and meet their financial needs without visiting the bank branches.

From the Individual Products page, choose Family Finance - On the Request a New Finance page, choose the branch
An order registration page, the data is filled in, and the customer data available in Yaqeen is recalled
In the event that there is a direct connection between the bank and the employer, the data will be automatically retrieved
Acknowledge the validity of all data and save the application
It is possible to modify the financing data and complete the application later from the options bar and choose the financing data option
It is possible to modify the financing data and complete the request later from the options bar and choose the reports and printing option
In the event that there is a guarantor, the sponsor’s work data will be filled in. In the event that there is a direct connection between the bank and the employer, the data will be recalled automatically
Choose the required monthly installment
Documents are uploaded and then click on the save icon (you can click on the save icon for each ready document and complete later if complete documents are not available)
If the documents are complete, click on the Approval All Files icon
The application journey has been completed and the customer is shown the application number and expected processing period

The applicant must not be more than 70 years old.
The applicant must be married, widowed or divorced and support one or more children.
The applicant must be divorced, a widow, or an abandoned wife and support one or more children.
The age of the abandoned wife applying must not be less than 30 years, and the age of her youngest child must not be less than one year according to the Gregorian date.
The number of family members must not be less than two.
The monthly income should not exceed 14,500 riyals.
The per capita share of the family income should not exceed 3,000 riyals (the per capita share is calculated by dividing the monthly income of the head of the family by the number of family members).
The sponsor’s age must not exceed 55 years.

Certificate of subscriber terms and wages from the GOSI website for the client, where the issuance date does not exceed 60 days.
