Share The Page

Choose the type of permit (Building Permit or Fencing Permit).
Determine the Applicant Status.
Select the applicable cadastral report for which the construction or fencing permit will be issued.
Delegate an engineering office to design the plans and enter permit data into the system.
Once the permit is approved, pay the required fees. The permit will be issued and made available for printing.

Conditions:

Selection of a Certified Engineering Office registered with the Ministry via the Balady Portal.

Review and Approval of the Permit Application by the Municipality.

Approval from External Authorities (if required by the type of project).

Selection of a Certified Construction Contractor registered with the Ministry via the Balady Portal.

Latent Defects Insurance, issued by the contractor through an accredited insurance provider.

Updated Electronic Title Deed from the Ministry of Justice, Housing Contract, or Investment Contract.
Valid Cadastral Report (for construction purposes).
Contract with an Engineering Office for architectural designs.
Contract with a Supervising Engineering Office and a Construction Contractor.
Latent Defects Insurance for the building.
Soil Study Report.
