APPLICATION FOR AMENDING A COMMERCIAL AGENCY

An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce, which allows beneficiaries to amend the data in the terms of the contract, whether from the agent or the principal by agreement of the two parties, electronically without the need to visit the branches of the ministry.

Share The Page

Click on the Start Service icon.
Log in to the account (username and password) or via national access.
Select Edit Commercial Agency and click on (Edit icon) in Edit Commercial Agency shown below.
Fill in the required data and attach the necessary documents.
Acknowledgement and pledge and click on the "Send" icon.
The request is studied by a ministry employee.
After the employee accepts the request, a notification is sent by text message including the acceptance of the request.
Print a commercial agency modification certificate electronically.

If the article “amending the basic contract” is not mentioned, the amendment shall be made according to the conclusion of a new contract between the two parties
If both parties to the contract are Saudis, the contract shall be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Kingdom
If the principal is a foreigner, the original contract shall be attested by the following competent authorities:
Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Chamber of Commerce in the client's country ""if any"" - Saudi Embassy in the client's country - Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

A letter from the foreign client stating that the contract has been amended if (the client is a foreigner).
A letter from the Saudi client stating that the contract has been amended if it is between (two Saudi parties).
