The existence of a legal document, if one of the partners is a government entity, entitling them to establish a company or participate in one.
The existence of a license or preliminary approval from the Saudi Central Bank, if the activity requires it.
The commercial registration must be active.
The commercial registration must not be cancelled or suspended, if one of the partners is a legal partner.
The applicant must be at least 18 years old. If the partner is a minor, a guardianship deed must be submitted.
The applicant must not be a government employee.
The existence of a waiver decision from the owner of the establishment, if the applicant is not a partner in the establishment.
The applicant must be the owner of the establishment or have an electronic authorization from him.
The following must be verified if the establishment is a professional establishment: - The partners must have a valid professional license. - The percentage of licensed Saudi partners in the joint-stock establishment must not be less than 25%. - The percentage of licensed partners must not be less than 70%."
In the event of a foreign partner, a valid investment registration certificate from the Ministry of Investment must be attached.

Existence of a legal document in the event that one of the partners is a government agency, a civil institution, a charitable association, or an endowment; To give him the right to establish a company or participate in a company.
