An electronic service provided by the Saudi Business Center, which enables beneficiaries to electronically submit a request for transferring the ownership of the commercial register to or from another individual, eliminating the need to visit a Saudi Business Center branch or a Ministry branches.

Click on Start Service.
Log in to the account (username or password) via national access or login via the Saudi Business Center account
Click on Do Business.
Click on the Ministry of Commerce and then select the "Transfer of ownership of the commercial register" icon.
Then select the commercial register whose ownership is to be transferred. If the transferred register is primary, another primary register from the branches is selected.
Fill in the data of the new owner: investor nationality - ID number - date of birth.
After filling in the data, click on (Send request).
Then enter the verification code and click on the (Confirm) icon.
A payment invoice will be issued and sent as a text message to your phone.
The invoice is paid through the various payment channels.

The age should not be less than 18 years.
The buyer should not be a government employee.
Pay the dues of the General Organization for Social Insurance, if there is a subscription.
The name of the commercial registry should not be in the personal name of the seller.
In the event that the owner of the record is a government employee or the name of the commercial registry in the personal name, the transfer is done manually through the branch
