An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce, allowing beneficiaries to apply for the cancellation of a professional license branch electronically, without the need to visit the Ministry's branches.

Click on Start Service
Log in to the account (username and password) and then enter the mobile number and verification code or log in using the unified entry system
Click on the "Licenses" icon and click on the procedure to cancel the sub-professional license
Fill in the required fields and click on the "Send Request" icon to be reviewed and approved by the employee electronically.
After the employee accepts the request, the license cancellation certificate is printed through the website by the customer.

Licenses issued before 1435 AH: The professional office data is updated through the digital branch or by visiting one of the Ministry’s branches, enabling the customer to cancel the professional license branch electronically.
The license must not be suspended by the Ministry.
