Requesting an apology for a dismissal

An electronic service that allows students to submit an official request for semester withdrawal through the online portal, with the option to attach an acceptable excuse for review by the dean of their respective college, in accordance with the dates specified in the academic calendar.

Requests for study leave are submitted electronically by the student, accompanied by an acceptable excuse to the Dean of the relevant college or their delegate, within the timeframe specified in the academic calendar.
The student will be assigned an "A" or "W" grade for all courses in the semester if their excuse is accepted.
The semester for which the student has been granted leave will be counted as part of the regular duration required to complete the graduation requirements of the program.
The allowance for the semester the student took leave will be considered as part of the total allowances the student is entitled to.
The total number of semesters in which the student is granted leave or deferral should not exceed two consecutive semesters or three non-consecutive semesters during their studies at the university.
Students in colleges that apply the academic year system are allowed to take leave for a maximum of two years.
