An electronic service provided by the Saudi Business Center, which enables beneficiaries to electronically amend their company's Articles of Association. This can be done by amending any article of the contract or updating it to comply with the new legislative system for companies, as stipulated by Royal Decree No. (M/132), dated 01/12/1443 AH, without the necessity of visiting the Saudi Business Center or Ministry branches.
