Modify the commercial registry data for an establishment

An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce through the Saudi Business Center platform, allowing beneficiaries to update the commercial registration data of a sole proprietorship without having to visit service centers.

Share The Page

Access the platform: Via the National Unified Access through the Saudi Business Center platform.
Select the service: From "Doing Business" > "Ministry of Commerce" > "Amend Commercial Register for Establishments." Or from "Registration Procedures" > "Amend Commercial Register" if the user is authorized.
Start the service: Select the required register, read and agree to the terms and conditions, then click "Submit Application."
Edit data: Commercial activities and licenses (previous, professional, or revoked). - Capital. - E-commerce data. - Trade name (new, existing, reserved). - Approved business address. - Contact information and national address. - Manager information.
Submit the application: Review the data, approve the declaration, then click "Submit Application."

The commercial register must be active.
The branch manager must not be a government employee and must be at least 18 years old.

Attach a valid license if adding an activity that requires a license prior to issuance.
Attach a statement of license cancellation if removing an activity that requires a license prior to issuance.
Attach a valid investment license for the foreign institution, valid for a period of no less than (90) days.
Verify the following if the application is a cooperative or charitable association: - Attach the association's registration certificate. - Attach a power of attorney or authorization from the association's board to the applicant.
Verify the following if the application is an endowment institution: - Attach the endowment deed. - Attach a legal power of attorney from the donor, the endowment supervisor, or the supervisory board.
