Amendment of Commercial Registration for Sole Proprietorship
An electronic service provided by the Saudi Business Center, which allows beneficiaries to electronically submit a request to amend the commercial register of a sole proprietorship. This allows for amending information on the activity, capital, address, trade name, etc., electronically without the need to visit a branch of the Saudi Business Center or at the Ministry branches

- Click on Start Service.
- Enter the required information.
- Login to the account (username and password).
- Click on the My Commercial Records icon.
- Click on the options in front of the commercial register.
- Click on the “Modify the Commercial Register” option and select the type of amendment “Activity - Capital - Address”.
- A confirmation summary window appears on the data entered on the service before sending the request.
- A payment invoice will be issued and sent as a text message to your phone.

- When the paid amount arrives, you can benefit from the service by printing the commercial registration without the need to visit the Ministry's branches
