This service allows male and female citizens to renew their national identity electronically using the latest facial recognition technologies with a request to deliver the document to the beneficiarys registered address without the need to visit Civil Affairs offices.

Renewing the national identity card classified under other services

The beneficiary cannot place a request while there is an existing request.
This service is available when the national ID has 180 days or less left to expire.
Providing a copy that conforms to the requirements to avoid canceling the application.
There are no unpaid fines on the beneficiary to the Civil Affairs Sector.
There is a registered address for the beneficiary
Payment of delivery fees New national identity.
Activate the renewed national ID card after it is received by the beneficiary
