Request a replacement ID for a lost one

Ministerial Agency of Civil Affairs

This service allows male and female citizens to report the loss of identity and request the issuance of a replacement identity electronically in addition to delivering the document to the beneficiarys registered address without the need to visit Civil Affairs offices.

Select “Lost ID”

The beneficiary cannot create a new request in the presence of an existing request.
There are no unpaid fines on the beneficiary to the Civil Affairs Sector.
The presence of a registered address for the beneficiary
Payment of the delivery fees for the new national ID.
Providing a copy that conforms to the requirements to avoid canceling the request .
Declaration that the national identity is lost, and that the loss information be entered.
