The ivestor should be already registered in GAMI Military industries unified platform.
The applicant must have a valid commercial registrion liences number to conduct military services and activities as per GAMI policy and procedures.
If the investor is a foreigner, the applicant must have a legal presence in Saudi Arabia in one of the following legal forms:
- a limited company in Saudi Arabia
- Shareholding company in Saudi Arabia
- The applicant's founders (controlling persons) must not have previously been sentenced to a punishment or penalty for a crime against honor or instrument, or a disciplinary decision was issued against him to dismiss him from military service, unless he has been rehabilitated or the sentence has been revoked

Having an active establishment permit
Verify the applicant’s details and shareholders’ details
Updating the data of the controlling persons in the event of a change
Detailed packaging of actual manufacturing and product information
Attach the required documents (Security and safety certificate/letter from the high commission for Industrial Security, Attach the social insurance record)
