Choose Civil Affairs Services - National ID Services - Issuing an ID for a family member.
The system displays the data of family members who meet the requirements.
The beneficiary selects the family member they wish to identify.
The system displays the family member's data and requests attaching a personal photo.
Review the data and attach a personal photo of the family member according to photo requirements, then select "Next."
Fill in the required information and select "Next."
Choose the region, city, neighborhood, enter the mobile number, then select "Next."
Review the data, acknowledge the accuracy of the information, then select "Pay" to proceed with payment.
A reference number is generated, and the application is saved.

The family member to be identified must not have a national ID or previous request.
The request must be executed by one of the parents and is limited to the custodial parent in the case of custodial families.
Providing a photo that meets the requirements to avoid request cancellation.
No outstanding fines should be unpaid by the beneficiary.
The beneficiary must be between 6 and 19 years old.
Having a registered address for the beneficiary.
Payment of fees for delivering the new national ID.
Reviewing and acknowledging the accuracy of the entered data for the family member.

One of the parents must execute the service for the beneficiary.
A matching photo must be provided to avoid request cancellation.
