This electronic service allows the head of the family, a Saudi citizen, to report a lost, stolen, or damaged Saudi passport for one of his family members through the Absher platform with ease and complete the necessary procedures electronically without the need to visit passport offices.

Fill in the report details and confirm the accuracy of the information
Answer the required questions
The report has been successfully submitted

The citizen must have a Saudi passport for themselves or a family member.
The passport must be valid.
The beneficiary must not have any pending report under process.
The family member must be present within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the report submission.
The family member must be alive.
The current passport of the family member must not be lost, stolen or damaged.

Presence of an updated national address on Absher platform.
One of the parents must be the one to carry out the service for the beneficiary.
The user must review and agree to the data.
