The path of supporting and benefiting from delivery of applications, which aims to expand Saudization by adopting different methods and work patterns to provide job opportunities for Saudi men and women and to address professional exposure in some economic activities.

The applicant for financial aid must be a Saudi national
The applicant for financial aid must have issued the (freelance) document with a valid job title (orders delivery representative) from the freelance portal freelance.sa or as decided by the Fund or the relevant entities.
The age of applicant shall be between (18) and (60) years old.
The applicant for financial aid shall not be a current employee in the government or the private sector.
The applicant for financial aid shall not be a retired employee
The applicant for financial aid shall not be a regular student nor have a private business (commercial register)
The applicant for financial aid shall not be a current beneficiary of one of the employment support programs provided by HRDF.
