An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Finance that enables beneficiaries who are senior government officials to transfer ownership of their private vehicles to their personal ownership, after fulfilling the required documentation.

Validity of the vehicle registration license.
Periodic vehicle inspection (valid).
Car insurance, which must be in the name of the person responsible, not the entity (valid).
Payment of property transfer fees.
Payment of any fines registered in the name of the official to whom the vehicle ownership is to be transferred (if any)
Settling any reports related to the vehicle whose ownership is to be transferred (if any)

Validity of the vehicle registration license.
Periodic vehicle inspection (valid).
Car insurance, which must be in the name of the person responsible, not the entity (valid).
