Organizer must be registered as event organizer in GEA portal.
to have Official Venue approval within a specified period.
to provide the full content description.
to apply at least 60 days before the event
To complete the Event’s operational Template
to provide all the official approvals from other Government entities (if needed)
to provide all documents within 15 days of initial approval or 30 days before the event(which comes first)
