This service allows newly married citizens to request the issuance of a Family Record electronically with ease, without visiting Civil Affairs offices. The official document is issued and delivered directly to the national address of the beneficiary, saving time and effort.

- Log in to the Absher platform and navigate to Civil Affairs Services > Family Register Services > Issue Family Register (for Fathers).
- The service welcome page and its requirements will be displayed.
- Select "New Request."
- The system will display the details of the Family Register card.
- The applicant selects "Next."
- The system will show the applicant’s registered addresses in Absher.
- Select an address and click "Next."
- Complete the request and pay the delivery fees.
- A reference number will be generated, and the request will be saved.
