This service enables parents, either citizens or residents, to register the birth of their newborns electronically with ease. It also allows for the direct delivery of official documents to the registered address, eliminating the need to visit Civil Affairs offices. This includes the Family Record and Birth Certificate for citizens, and the Birth Certificate for residents.

Log in to Absher platform and select "Civil Affairs Services" > "Newborn Registration Service."
Select the newborn.
Review the newborn's details and select "Confirm."
The system registers the newborn and redirects the beneficiary to their registered addresses in Absher.
Choose the address and review the fee details.
Complete the request and pay the delivery fees.
After successful payment, a reference number is generated, and the request is saved.

Newborn registration is available only within Saudi Arabia.
A birth notification must be recorded in the Ministry of Health system.
To register a citizen newborn, the birth date must not exceed 360 daysfrom registration.
To register a resident newborn, the birth date must not exceed 30 days from registration.
A fine will be applied if more than 30 days have passed (for citizens).
If the birth certificate is not printed, delivery fees can be refunded within 30 days of the request.
Any outstanding fines recorded by Civil Affairs must be paid.
