Riyadh - E-Media In his speech in the Sixth International Competitiveness Forum, Minister of Labor said percentage of Saudi candiates who qualify for vocational, technical and clerical jobs is 9% compared to 45% in OCED countries. He said his ministry concentrates on placement of Saudis in high quality jobs to localize part of the 8 million jobs occupied by expatriates. While encountering a challenge of creating new jobs for Saudi candidates in the private sector, the Ministry plans to create 3 million and 6 million jobs by 2015 and 2030 respectively.
