E-Media:Jeddah - Minister of Hajj Dr. Fouad bin Abdul-Salam Al-Farsi inaugurated yesterday in his office in Jeddah, the website of the General Administration for Domestic Pilgrims (GADP) through the link www.localhajj.gov.sa. According to Saudi Press Agency, the minister expressed his thanks and appreciation to those in charge of this service which is provided to pilgrims and those interested in the affairs of Hajj, indicating that the launch of this site is one of the kingdom' interests for Hajj and follow-up domestic pilgrim services in order to alleviate suffering of the citizens and residents.The assistant undersecretary for pilgrim affairs at the Ministry of Hajj Dr. Sahl bin Abdullah Saban pointed out that this site represents an electronic portal to provide many services to both citizens and residents and also for the licensed hajj companies and institutions, pointing out that the site will provide a range of services to contribute in raising the awareness of pilgrims with regular procedures of Hajj as well as companies and institutions licensed to provide this service.
