Riyadh - SPA Pursuant to instructions from King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz, the Real Estate Development Fund exempted 976 deceased borrowers from repayment of loans. The exempted loans worth SR 159 million. Heirs can now secure redemption of their inherited mortgaged properties.
