Riyadh - e-media:Shura rejected yesterday a recommendation to impose income tax on expatriate workers in the public and private sectors. 70 members of the council voted against the bill while 45 members voted in favor of the bill.On other hand the council the council urged Zakat Department to conduct intensive training of its staff to keep pace with emerging economic activities and expanding e-services.The council urged Zakat to educate people on zakat and income tax while introducing e-services in all transactions.
