SPA - Riyadh: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud left the National Guard, King Abdulaziz Medical City following a successful back surgery in order to complete his treatment at the medical clinic at his palace after the death of his brother, the Crown Prince, the Royal Court said today in a statement. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Saudi people for their noble feelings, the statement added. The King also expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Kings and leaders of Arab and Islamic nations as well as friendly countries for their good wishes, according to the Royal Court Statement.
