The Cultural Development Fund (CDF) was founded in 2021 with the aim of further enhancing the cultural landscape within Saudi Arabia. Organizationally linked to the National Development Fund, CDF aims to promote the development of a self-reliant cultural sector by enabling cultural projects and activities, facilitating cultural investments, and improving the sector’s profitability, which contributes to the growth of the national economy. CDF offers a variety of financial solutions to SMEs across the 16 cultural through development programs with different financing mechanisms, designed to enable the cultural sector in various fields. In addition to the investment in these sectors to increase their contribution to the Saudi economy. The Fund also provides non-financial solutions to all businesses and entrepreneurs in the various cultural sectors.
