National eLearning Center

The National eLearning Center (NeLC) was established by the Council of Ministers decision No. (35) in 1439 H. It is an independent entity for regulating eLearning and ensuring its quality. It sets regulations and standards for eLearning. NeLC aims to be a global Center of excellence in digital learning, by accelerating, orchestrating, and regulating a collaborative ecosystem that is agile and responsive to changing needs. NeLC is an independent entity legally, financially and administratively.
