Submitting an Employment Support Application

Human Resources Development Fund

It is an electronic service provided by the Human Resources Development Fund. The purpose of the product is to support the employment of job seekers in the private sector by covering a percentage of the employee's salary. The program includes support for all full-time jobs in the private sector without the need to review the entity.

It is required for establishments to register in the electronic services of the Human Resources Development Fund (for establishments that have an account with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development). They can register using the same username and password, and then complete the registration with the following steps:

Access the Employment Support product.
Electronically agree to the terms and conditions.
Specify the bank name.
Add the establishment's IBAN.

Must be a Saudi national.
Age must be between 18 and 60 years.
Must not be a full-time student.
Must not be a government employee, business owner, or a government or private retiree.
Must not have a commercial registration.
Must not have exceeded the allowable support period of two years; eligibility for financial support through the Employment Support product will be verified, ensuring support does not exceed three occasions.
The registered employee added in the support request must have been registered in the Social Insurance System for the same establishment for at least 90 days, but not more than 180 days.
The support amount will be calculated based on the salary registered in social insurance.
Must not be registered with any other establishment in social insurance.
Must be registered in the National Unified Employment Platform (Jadarat).
The minimum salary is 4,000SR, and the maximum is 15,000SR.
A new support request for a previously supported employee in the same establishment cannot be submitted until six months have passed since the exclusion date from the social insurance (GOSI).
Previous support for the Employment Support product will be completed for those who have not completed 24 months and have not exceeded three times being supported. Support will not be granted to those who have received support in training programs and products related to employment (for those who completed 24 months of support). Individuals who benefited from products, such as Job Search Assistance, Qurrah, Wusool, professional certifications, support for dialysis days, and e-training can receive support in the product.
