Medical Conditions - Altakhassusi

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center

This service provides a complete list of health conditions (as diagnosed by the KFSH&RC team) that can be viewed and evaluated across different departments and specialties based on the patient's medical history, which saves a lot of time and helps in the quality of diagnosis.

You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)
Click on “My Profile” icon
Click on " Medical Conditions " link to view your diagnosis if available

The user must have an active medical file at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
The user must have an activated account in NAFATH service.
The user must have an active request for the required service on the electronic patient platform.

Enter the national ID, Iqama, or border number to log in through the NAFATH service.
The mobile number registered in the NAFATH service to receive the one-time code.
Download the NAFATH application to log in.
