Laboratory Tests - Altakhassusi

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center

Laboratory test reports are crucial documents that need to be saved in a neat order for an emergency or a current medical investigation. With this e-service, you can view, save, and print out all your test reports with ease. Most test results are automatically released into Altakhassusi with the exception of certain sensitive confidential tests.

Click on the service link above to go to the Altakhassusi page https://altakhassusi.kfshrc.edu.sa/#/login.
You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)
Click on the “Services” icon.
Click on " Laboratory Tests " link to view the lists of the future tests and the lab results of the previous ones
Click on the " details " button next to each future test to know the type of the request test
You can read the instructions, save, and print the order sheet by clicking the " Order Sheet "
You can view the lab results graphically by clicking on the " graphic icon " and track the changes by the dates
After your select the date, click on each test type available to view its results.
From the " Lab Results Dates " window, select the date of the test/s you want to view
Click on the " Latest Lab Results " button to view a detailed report of the last lab results, save it, and print it

The user must have an active medical file at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
The user must have an activated account in NAFATH service.
The user must have an active request for the required service on the electronic patient platform.
