Request for transfer of expatriate workers

Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development

An electronic service employee transfer is a service in which they can request to transfer an expatriates employee services from another employer without visiting the ministry

Choose the service of transferring employee services from the electronic services
Choose an employee transfer service from another employer
Choose the establishment to which the worker is to be transferred
Add the data of the workers whose service you want to transfer to your facilities
Adding an employment contract for each worker

- General conditions and requirements at the enterprise level:
Validity of the commercial register
The state of the establishment should be existing
Validity of work permits in all unified number establishments
Commitment to wage protection
All other entities under the consolidated number that are at least in the medium green range or green very small for small businesses category A, except for the current entity
Availability of sufficient foundation credit for the transfer

The service is fully automated and does not require any documents or paperwork.
