This service allows a request to qualify a new importer according to a new license for establishments to practice the activity of importing barley, whether for the purpose of trade or for the purpose of fodder production

Identity verification
Enter the commercial registry: The service integrates with the Ministry of Commerce.
The commercial registry is automatically inquired about and its validity and suitability for proceeding with the service or not is indicated. If the commercial registry is accepted, all registry data will be downloaded for later use.

Conditions for qualifying a barley importer:
First: Special requirements for new companies to complete qualification procedures:
Upon approval and within (5) months, you are obligated to provide all necessary licenses and certificates.
Providing a financial guarantee worth (500) thousand riyals.
Second: A registered company whose main activities are importing and trading barley is committed to submitting a copy of valid documents
Third: Warehouses for storing and packing barley that meet the following conditions:
Barley storage capacity is no less than 45 thousand tons, in addition to sufficient space for stirring and movement.
The importer is obligated to maintain a reserve stock of barley for a period of no less than (50) working days of the sales volume of each affiliated station and to replenish the stock balance periodically.
Bag storage capacity of no less than 900 thousand bags inside a covered warehouse.
Bearing responsibility for damages resulting from a decrease in weight, packaging of impurities with barley, packaging of barley that is not suitable for animal use, or exposure of barley - whether loose or packaged - to toxic pesticides inside the station and during transportation.
Conditions for qualifying an importer of multiple items:
Conditions required to register importers of corn and soybeans:
Determine the quantity required to be imported for a period of 6 months.
Having an appropriate commercial register for the activity.
Obtain an import permit before the shipment arrives at the port of entry (30) days before.
Companies are committed to recording actual inventories periodically.
Attach all required documents to the compensation form at least 24 hours before the shipment arrives.
Fill out the compensation form five (5) working days after the shipment arrives.

For a registered company whose main activities include importing and trading barley, it is obligated to submit a valid copy of the following documents:
Registration documents in the commercial register for the activity.
Membership certificate from the relevant chamber of commerce.
Zakat and income payment certificate.
Social Insurance registration certificate.
A statement from the labor office proving compliance with the Saudization rate.
Trademark approval from the Ministry of Commerce.
The warehouse ownership deed or rental contract is authenticated from the Ministry of Housing’s rental platform.
