Modify Classification Grade and Sector

Ministry of Municipalities and Housing

It is a service that allows the beneficiary to modify the degree and sector of the classification

The user selects the classification of city service providers from the list of services on the Balady platform.
The user logs into the system.
The main business classification screen appears to the user.
The user selects the classification type (facility classification or engineering office classification).
The user enters the unified national number for facilities or the license number for engineering offices and presses the (Search) button.
The system displays the facility information to the user.
The user presses the (Modify Grade) button.
After opening the request, the system sends two SMS messages to the applicant via mobile.
The system sends an email to the user (after submitting the modification request).
The system performs operations to determine whether the company has obtained a credit rating and a technical standards certificate.
The system displays a screen that includes the results of the previous process. If the company does not have a credit rating, a button will appear for the user to submit a credit rating request. If the company does not have a technical standards certificate, a button will appear for the user to go to the link of the entity responsible for the technical evaluation.
The system calculates and displays the final percentage (for the technical evaluation).
If the company has a technical standards certificate and a credit rating, the (Print Rating) button will appear.
The user clicks on (Print Rating).
The system calculates the rating.
After the request is completed and the certificate is ready for printing, the system sends an SMS to the user.
The system sends an email to the user (after the certificate is issued).
The system displays the (Classification Certificate) screen.
The user clicks on (Certificate Attachment) to browse and print the classification certificate.

Valid classification certificate.
The certificate must have been issued at least 90 days ago or the last amendment must have been made at least 90 days ago.

Fees are calculated according to the municipal fees regulations.
