A service provided to service agencies in the Kingdom, such as telecommunications, electricity and water companies, which allows those who represent them within the project coordination offices to apply for an emergency excavation work permit to repair a sudden malfunction resulting from (ground subsidence, electrical or telephone cable interruption, or break in water, drainage or gas lines).

1) The representative of the service entity fills out and sends a notification of the emergency excavation after logging in to the Baladi platform, ensuring the validity of all data, reviewing the service requirements, acknowledging that they have read and abide by them.
2) Initial approval is issued to start drilling.
3) The site of the emergency excavation is visited by the Coordination Office and the emergency situation is ascertained.
4) After that, an application for issuing an emergency drilling permit must be submitted after logging in to the Baladi platform and completing the rest of the required data within 24 hours of sending the notification.
5) The application shall be reviewed within the Project Coordination Office and the involvement of whoever it deems appropriate within a short period not exceeding 24 hours as a maximum for the approval of the permit, and there is nothing to prevent this period from being amended as the Coordination Office deems appropriate.
6) Once the application is accepted, the legally prescribed fees are automatically invoiced and the applicant is notified of the need to pay within a specified period.
7) Upon payment of the fees, the emergency drilling permit is issued and the applicant is notified and can print the permit.
