Confirm the supply location

General Food Security Authority (GFSA)

An electronic service provided by the General Authority for Food Security, which allows beneficiaries to choose any of the Authority branches to begin the process of supplying wheat to the branch without the need to visit the entity.

Share The Page

Log in to the Mahasoli platform.
Select “Confirm the supply's location” from the top navigation bar.
Fill out the supply location, attach the required documents, and fill out the basic fields.
Agree to the terms and submit the application.

Supplying the quantities specified in the agricultural license based on a record program, and the Authority does not accept any quantities in excess of that.
Register one appointment for each truck.
Commitment to the specified delivery date.
It is not possible to request a change in the location of supply if any quantity is delivered.
Supplying wheat according to approved technical specifications.
Closing the account upon completion of the wheat supply.

Firstly, the requirements for disbursing farmers’ dues:
Attach a copy of the national ID.
Bank certificate with IBAN number certified by the bank.
It is not possible to authorize others to receive the due amount.

Secondly, the requirements for disbursing heirs’ entitlements:
Heir's identification instrument.
A legal power of attorney from the heirs or guardianship over minors among them.
Bring the original documents for verification.
A bank certificate with the IBAN number certified by the bank for the account of the agent or guardian.
An undertaking from the agent that all attached documents are correct and that the amounts received will be delivered to the heirs.
The national identity of the principal and agent.

note:
The amount due to the heirs will be transferred to the account of the legal agent.

Third, the requirements for disbursing minors’ dues:
It is necessary to open a bank account in the name of the minor and attach a bank certificate with the IBAN number certified by the bank for the minor’s account.
National ID, if any, or family registry.
